Investment & Credit
Investment:
Program tuition is $3200. This price includes the 10-day intensive, 3 months of food and accomodation on-site, and all program related expenses (such as resource people and selected trips). The price does not cover personal expenses such as toiletries, personal transportation etc.
A non-refundable deposit of $750 is due on April 15th, 2009, to secure your place in the program. The balance is due upon arrival in June.
We consider the tuition (and the program as a whole) as a life investment and a fair exchange of value – it reflects the costs necessary to run the program. It is a commitment to yourself to spend the time, money and energy to participate in this program. We recognize that there are many barriers (financial and otherwise) that may seem insurmountable, but we encourage everyone to consider creative and empowering ways to follow your dreams. If you are seriously considering the program and the tuition is prohibitive, please contact us to discuss options as we are looking into ways to make this accessible.
Scholarships: New!
If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact us to inquire about availability. These will be offered on the basis of need and will require submitting a letter of request outlining the basis of your financial situation.
Given that we cannot support everyone, we also encourage applicants to consider fundraising to cover the costs of their tuition. There are many fun and creative ways to help cover costs and we would be happy to share ideas and support you in your efforts.
Stay posted for further updates about financial assistance as we continue to work on making this program as accessible as possible.
